I work with what you already run. OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure, or whatever your team picked before I arrived — the Retainer does not require a vendor switch. What changes is the governance layer around the tools you keep. That means a data flow review, contract terms checked for training exclusions, and evals wrapped around workflows already running. It is not a rebuild from scratch.
