How I think about this work
- One process in production is worth more than five pilots in a demo environment.
- If AI risk has no named owner, the answer to a security questionnaire is a guess.
- A governance document nobody updates is worse than none, because it looks like a control.
- Engagements should end. Handover is a deliverable: the runbook and the decisions go to a named internal owner.
