What happens if the evals say a workflow isn't good enough?

Answer

The answer

If the evals say no, the workflow does not ship. The Sprint ends with a written account of why the workflow fell short and what would need to change. That is a cheaper outcome than a launch that quietly under-performs until a customer notices. The eval numbers decide whether the workflow ships, whatever the deadline is.
