What's the difference between the Assessment, the Sprint and the Retainer?

Three fixed offers, three stages. The Assessment is two weeks at a fixed fee, ending in a memo on where you stand and what to fix first. The Sprint is 90 days at a fee quoted from the agreed scope. It puts one agentic workflow live in production, with evals and a rollback path. The Retainer is a monthly fee, one or two days a week, as your named AI officer. If unsure, start with the Assessment.
