How do you charge for the work?

The answer
Three fixed structures, no hourly billing. The Assessment is a fixed fee for the two weeks. The Sprint is quoted once, from the scope in the statement of work. The Retainer is a monthly fee for one or two days a week. You hear the number on the fit call, and it is written down before any work starts, so there is no surprise invoice partway through.
