Real users, real transactions, a rollback path, someone on call. That is the bar, monitored end to end. A demo behind a feature flag does not clear it, and neither does a workflow only your team tried. The success measure gets written into the statement of work before the Sprint starts. That settles whether it actually shipped before the work even begins.
