FAQ

How is cost per outcome measured?

Answer

The answer

On a dashboard built during the Sprint. Total spend on the workflow, model calls included, divided by how many times it produced the outcome. You define that outcome before the Sprint starts. The number sits next to tracing. So when it moves, you can see why: volume, a model change, or a real quality problem.
